Celebrate the flavors of a Mediterranean summer with an evening showcasing two of Spain’s most iconic producers. This four-course dinner pairs the vibrant, mineral-driven wines of Llopart and Txomin Etxaniz with a seafood-focused menu from Chef Christophe Bellanca, highlighting the bright, saline, and refreshing character that defines Spain’s great coastal wines.
Founded in the heart of Penedès, Llopart is one of Spain’s oldest family-owned sparkling wine estates and a founding member of CORPINNAT, producing elegant, terroir-driven sparkling wines of remarkable precision and depth.
Joining them is Txomin Etxaniz, the historic benchmark estate of Getaria and the pioneering force behind modern Txakoli. Their lively, Atlantic-influenced wines are celebrated for their brisk acidity, subtle salinity, and unmistakable sense of place.
